A story about a guy who puts the deformity he was born with to good use,

Once upon a time, there was a boy named Buck.  Buck had an unusual talent.  He could stretch himself without feeling any pain.  When he was in Pre-School, some kids would play Tug-O-War with his arms.  In the fourth grade, he was taller than any of the other kids in the school, since he stretched himself so much.  People thought he was weird.  In high school, the meanest bully in the entire school picked on him.  The saddest part was that his parents didn’t even care.  His mom and dad never talked to Buck.  They were so ashamed and embarrassed of Buck, that they stood clear from him, so no one thought Buck was their son.  They didn’t even show up at his graduation.  After Buck moved out of his parent’s house, he got a place of his own and started looking for a job.  No one wanted to hire a Rubber Band Man, so Buck went and accepted the only job that needed a stretchy man: The Circus.  He got his own nickname, The Rubber Band Man., and everyone wanted to tug on his leg or arm.  He soon was the best act in the whole show.  One day,, Buck was talking to the Bearded Lady, when all of the sudden, they heard a scream.  It was coming from the circus ring.  Tina, the beautiful trapeze artist, was dangling from the trapeze.  The rope began to brake.  Buck saw Tina hanging from the trapeze and he said, “Don’t move!  If you do, then the rope might brake some more.” Now you would think that there was a net to catch Tina if she fell, but there wasn’t.  Tina was practicing a trapeze act with no net for the show to be more exciting.  Buck climbed up the ladder and he held on to the ladder with one hand and he stretched out his other hand to reach Tina.  He had never stretched his hand out so far, but he grabbed Tina by the arm just as the rope broke and fell to the ground.  Tina was okay and Buck pulled her to the ladder.  They both climbed down the ladder and were so happy to be alive.  A year later, Tina and Buck got married and they lived happily ever after.
